Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a variety of pet grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning. All services are appointment based, give us a call or text to schedule your pups next spa day!

The frequency of grooming depends on the breed and coat type of your pet. We recommend bringing your pet in for grooming every 4-6 weeks.

We work off an appointment based system, meaning each pup that comes through our doors is worked on from start to finish. Bath services are usually ready for pick up within an hour to an hour and a half, while haircut services are two hours. (if your pup requires more time, we will keep you updated as the service progresses) We also offer a kennel free environment where pups can free roam our salon while awaiting pick up.

We do offer one on one sessions! We work based on appointment times and each dog is worked through from start to finish. If your dog requires a little extra love and care due to health issues or behavioral issues, give us a call or text and we can accommodate on a case to case basis.

We offer a kennel free environment, where your pup is free to roam the salon during their appointment time. We do have crates for owners that prefer their pups be crated awaiting pickup.
